Delivery and implementation of the agreement

Items ordered through this webshop are currently delivered in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg. Delivery is done by Bpost.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcomings of an article or other shortcomings in the delivery, must be reported by the customer, within 14 calendar days, by mail to [email protected].

The risk due to loss or damage shall pass to the customer as soon as he (or a third party appointed by him, who is not the carrier) has received physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is already transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier was commissioned by the customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Miamor (= Giselda Marku).

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason by sending an email to [email protected].

The customer must return the goods or hand them over in the store without delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract to Miamor (= Giselda Marku), this maximum in the period of 24 hours after receipt of the goods reported by mail [email protected]. The customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be at the expense of the customer. 

If the returned product is in any way impaired in value, Miamor (= Giselda Marku) reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for any impairment of the value of the goods resulting from the customer's use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Only items in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged with proof of purchase can be returned. Purchases made during sales are not taken back nor exchanged nor refunded. 

If the customer withdraws from the contract, Miamor (= Giselda Marku) will refund all payments received from the customer up to that point, including the standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days of Miamor (= Giselda Marku) being informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. In the case of sales contracts, Miamor (= Giselda Marku) may wait to refund until it has recovered all the goods. Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Miamor (= Giselda Marku) will not be refunded.

FAQ shipping and returns

When will my order be delivered?
If a product is in stock, the order will be shipped within 48h. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Tuesday at the latest (if working day). We send our orders with bpost, which allows us to guarantee a fast shipment.

Note: Due to the corona crisis, our delivery services are currently busier than usual, so the standard delivery time is currently 1-5 working days. Also the promised time slot of the delivery service may differ from the actual time your order is delivered. We hope for your understanding in this situation.

Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can! As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email from bpost with a track & trace number, which you can use to follow the status of your shipment on their website (track.bpost.cloud).

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
For orders of products with an order value of at least € 100, shipping within Belgium is free. For orders with a lower order value you pay € 6 shipping costs per order.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
In case you are not at home the letter carrier will visit you the next day. If you are still not present, the letter carrier will put an absence message in your mailbox. You can then collect the parcel the next day from a bpost post office or a post point near you.

My order is incomplete or damaged, what can I do?
If there is something wrong with the order you received or if (part of) the order is damaged, please contact us. We will then advise you what to do and help you solve the problem!

Can I return a product?
You have the right to return the product without reason within a period of 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the product. To return a product, you must first notify us in writing, by post or email. Your return request is valid if it is sent within a period of 14 days.

How should I return a product?
The product should be returned with all delivered accessories and as good as possible in its original condition and packaging. We therefore recommend always carefully opening the shipping box and original packaging, so you can use it again to return the order. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the order.

How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will receive the full amount you paid, including the delivery costs. After you have submitted the return request, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction was carried out. This will be done within 14 days at the latest.

Are there any fees associated with the return?
Although we do refund the original shipping charges, you are responsible for the cost of the return. You must therefore pay the costs of returning the product to us.

Can I also return my order free of charge?
Yes, it is always possible to return your order free of charge in our store at Voorstraat 13, in Kortrijk.
